RETIRED GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS OFFICERS
Applications can be picked up at the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or downloaded below. Notice is hereby given that these are public safety positions and the following criteria will be successfully completed to fulfill the application process for all positions.
Starting salary $13.50 per hour without benefits
· Application and waiver forms completed
· Physical ability test administered
· Interview by board of deputy sheriff’s
· Psychological test administered
· Polygraph
· Pre-employment physical and drug screen
· Complete a 24 hour transitional class
