Lt. Jarvis Culver |

| The Jail Division performs the detention of incarcerated persons including medical, transports & court related duties at the jail. The Jail Division is headed by the Jail Administrator Lt. Jarvis Culver who is directly accountable to Major Lynnette LaRocque.
Lt Culver is a Marine and Army retiree with combat experience, and currently assigned to the retired ready reserve after 25 years of continued service. He has been employed with the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office since January 2007. During his time at the Sheriff's Office, he was deployed for multiple deployments to Afghanistan. He has worked in various assignments at the Sheriff's Office to include School Resource Officer, Courtroom Security, Patrol Shift Lieutenant, and Detective. In May 2017, Lt. Culver was assigned to the jail as the Jail Administrator.
